Welcome to Avventura. By using our iOS application and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Avventura ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Avventura is a travel planning application that allows you to:

• Create and manage trip itineraries
• Track travel expenses
• Store travel documents and photos
• Sync data across your devices
• Access premium features with a Pro subscription

3. Account Registration

To use Avventura, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Avventura offers a free tier and a Pro subscription:

• Free Tier: Limited to 3 trips with basic features
• Pro Subscription: Unlimited trips and premium features

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms of service for in-app purchases. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Avventura (trips, notes, photos, documents). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Avventura only for its intended purpose of personal travel planning. You may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the App's operation or other users' access
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The Avventura app, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Avventura integrates with third-party services (Google Maps, Google Places, Apple services). Your use of these features is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Avventura is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Travel information displayed in the App is for planning purposes only—always verify details with official sources.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Avventura. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Avventura if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of Avventura after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
